Needham's 300th Celebrate with 300 Laps
Celebrate Needham's 300th year Anniversary and one of the ways is to do that is walk on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:00 at DeFazio Park on Dedham Avenue, Needham, MA. Walk at your own pace. A lap is a quarter mile so you would need to do 75 miles to complete 300 laps. We have a year to accomplish this. That's not too bad.
There is more than one incentive. It is fun, you could lose some weight and perhaps win a free ticket to the Needham 300th Birthday Gala Celebration on Novemver 5, 2011.
Pick up a tracking sheet at the Park & Recreation office or KOKO FitClub. Turn in the tracking sheets at the same place by September 1, 2011.
