Needham MA Real Estate Is Stong

Homes in Needham, MA real estate Needham no sooner come on the market and they are sold for asking or above. The market has not been like this in 6 years. It is truly amazing and has been going like this since the delayed spring market began. The sellers have to be so happy with what is happening and it should continue to happen through the summer. I remember the days when if you saw a house at 10:00 PM on an evening you had better put an offer in that night or it may be gone in the morning. We could be coming to that again in Needham. Needham, Wellesley, Dover, and South Natick are luxury communities Throughtout the recession Needham has held it's own and it has been insulated from has happened to the national market and some really hard hit states. Boston too and all the way to Holliston is booming. Natick is just selling like hotcakes and Wellesley is as out of control as Needham is. What a delight this is for sure. Needham has so much to offer with outstanding public and private schools, commuter train, 10.5 miles from Boston, nearby colleges, and universities. Needham has Beth Israel Hospital which has all the doctors from the Boston hospital plus we are so close to Brigham & Women Hospital and all the hospital in the city of Boston. Just a short drive to most anywhere. Just ten minutes from Needham is Dover with great schools as well but a quieter town however you just a ten minute further commute with the beauty of a small town and yet just like Needham it is a bedroom community. From Dover you can drive 10 minutes to the Needham trains stop in the center of Needham.
