Needham, MA Market Is Heating UP^

Could this be "spring" real estate market in Needham, MA?  

Judging what has happened in the last 5 days in Needham looks like spring market has arrived.  4 listings came one that went in anywhere from 1 day to 5 days on the market. The inventory has been low too.  The Needham market is heating up!  And it will be 50 degrees the end of the week.  Driving around town today seemed like summer almost except for the huge snow banks still on the ground.  The traffic was heavy and the real estate traffic is getting heavy too.  Local MLS stats below hot off the presses...
