Needham Home Prices and Home Values
Through it all Needham keeps insulated as far as the house values. Needham continues to draw folks to it's community. We are sure it is the fine education that the children of Needham receive. Recently Needham came in as 19th in the top 50 high schools according to "Boston Magazine."
Additoinally it is a commuter's dream. We have 4 train stops in Needham. it is a comfort to many to hop on a bus for Boston without having to sit in parked traffic on a highway to Boston. But most of all it is the people of Needham. The sense of community is far beyond what one can imagine and appreciate until you have lived here. I have had the pleasure of living here since 1965. I was fresh out of high school and starting my first year of college. I fell in love with this town and its people from the get go.
