It's his last hope to save his dream home
This man is taking care of his home and he is fighting to keep his home. He has tried to work with J P Morgan Chase to lower is "$3600 mortgage payment for some time now. Then he lost his job to add to the misery. It sickens me that this is going on all over America. I know folks overstretched themselves. No one expected what happened to the housing industry but this guy is really trying to keep his home in top condition and trying to work with the bank.
The banks do not see the human side to all this. I don't want to see anyone get a handout but there are some cases out there that are so sad. The American Dream is still to own your own home. This man stands to lose his whole life savings. Something must be done. God help us all if the FEDS raise the interest rates.
