1st Time Buyer Credit getting closer to its end, but it may continue?

Just wanted to remind everyone being that it is October 1st that there is not a lot of time left for 1st Time Buyers to get their $8000 buyer credit which ends December 1st, 2009, unless they decide to extend the program or offer any other program after that. Contact your local congressman and senator and state your concerns about the program ending. But for now try to motivate your buyers for as you now foreclosures and short-sales can take general at least 90 days sometime more so under priced homes are they best way if they want the $8000 credit or just get a great deal on a short-sale or foreclosure. Best of luck!! To Add to my original Post, they may continue it and up the amount to $15,000 and not just for 1st-time home buyers but until and when and if it gets approved, this is where we are! -David
Sincerely,

David
